”You!! What…who are you and what did you do to me? ” Tristen Gale asked as beads of sweat started to flow down his face. But behind his back, he slowly took out a talisman from his spatial ring.

”Don ’t bother. I have already set up a Heaven Ethereal Grade barrier around this room. So no matter how many transmissions you try to send, they won ’t leave this room, and Typhoon Lord would be still busy doing his investigation, haha. ”

”Fuck…damn it…why is this not working…. ” Tristen Gale nervously muttered as he tried to send multiple transmissions but got no feedback.

Tristen Gale tried to sound firm and unafraid as best as he could, but his heart was trembling like a leaf inwardly. He had never faced such a situation where even his cultivation was sealed. He couldn ’t understand how it even got sealed in the first place and panicked inwardly being caught in a helpless situation.

He thought that the figure in front of him was sent to assassinate him, and this was the first time an assassin even managed to get near him and hold him hostage.

It was true that he told Typhoon Lord not to keep a watch on him while he indulged in debauchery. However, he knew that Typhoon Lord did leave behind a couple of bodyguards at the Low Levels of the Sky Ethereal Realm including even one at the Middle Levels of the Sky Ethereal Realm for his protection.

If something had happened to his guards, he would have known it. But it seemed as if the guards weren ’t even aware of the intruder. He couldn ’t understand how the person in front of him even got inside, evading his guards.

The figure laughed mockingly, ”Hahaha…why would your people try to catch me when you would be walking around well and good? ”
