The Legend Of Feng

Feng walked into the dining room, after Qing Zhu. Ling Long and the others were already at the table, wearing beautiful clothes.

Tsk…. Even these young girls. Feng thought as he stared at them.

” Fenger, Its your favourite. Come here. ” Ling Long smiled at Feng, when she saw him standing at the side.

The way she calls my name gives me goosebumps. I will watch her for now. She is suspicious.

Feng walked to his chair, and pulled it back. He climbed it steadily, and sat his butt down . He looked at the foods laid down in front of him. Without further ado, he picked his cutleries, and started eating.

” Feng, why is the color of your eyes different? ” One of the young girls asked.

Feng did not stop stuffing his mouth with food. What was the need to answer the question , she already knew .

” Stop, Yinin. Finish up your food. ”

Qing Zhu , stopped her from blurting anymore nonsense from her mouth.

The table became silent. As they finished with breakfast, the door bell rang.

Ling Long went ahead to check, while Qing Zhu cleared the table with the help of the girls.

” This way, sir. Ling Long said. A man appeared behind her , as she entered the dining room. Only Qing Zhu , and the girls were there. Feng was nowhere to be found.

” Good morning, sir . ” The girls and Qing Zhu greeted him. He was a little bit tall. He had blonde hair , and brown eyes. He was muscular, and a little bit handsome. The director, even in his old age, was more handsome than the man . He appeared to be in his mid-thirties.

” Good morning, little ones. Here I brought you this. ” His voice was deep, and charming. He brought out a packet of sweets from his bag and gave it to the girls.

The girls squealed in delight.

” He is the new director, from now on. Feel free to treat him like the old director. ”

Ling Long said. The girls nodded their heads frantically, in understanding. The man smiled at their response.

The girls left them alone, and went up to their rooms.

The man moved towards the table, and made himself comfortable on the chair his elder step brother used to sit on.

The two women sat down by his sides.

” Tell me , everything. ”

” His death was unexpected. We gave him the drugs , as you have instructed. He didn show any signs for a while. We wanted to tell you, but we didn get the chance. He had an accident, and died in the hospital. When we heard the news, we staged an act to convince the kids. It worked well. The lawyers brought the will , and you are the one who would inherit everything. ” Ling Long said with a devilish smile on her face.

Qing Zhu pulled the mans hand and placed it in between her bosom.

” Haner.~ Now we have everything. ” She said coquettishly. She blinked her eyes at him.

” Hahahaha….. Don worry. We would soon be together. When are they going? ” He rubbed her head , slowly. Qing Zhu blushed, and put her face on his chest.

Ling Long stood up from her chair, and sat down on his lap. He circled his arms around her waist, pulling her closer .

” The girls would be adopted next week, but that boy is not. He is sick, and dumb. He wouldn pose any threat to us. ” Ling Long smiled at him .

” Good. I can wait to have you both. Its been a long time. Our wait is finally over. We would be together, and also my brothers riches would be ours. Hahahaha…. ” The three of them laughed.

Meanwhile, Feng was watching everything in a room filled with different electronic gadgets. He watched from a laptop, the scene going on in the dining room.

I was right, to be suspicious of you. But I would have never expected that the three of you are in cahoots. Now that you are together, you would make my work easy. Father, its starting. he thought as he continued watching them.

He picked up a mobile phone, and typed on it. After writing whatever he wanted to , he sent it.

*Ding*

The phone vibrated in his hands. He checked the reply, and his lips curved into a smile.

He turned off the laptop, and exited the room.

Downstairs, the girls were watching their cartoon with the new director.

Feng slowly appeared behind a sofa , and walked towards the remote on the centre table. He moved towards an empty sofa , and climbed it . He changed the channel to one that talks about business.

The man was stunned. He watched how Feng expertly executed his actions of switching the channel, and climbing a high sofa. He was about to yell at him, when he remembered what his girls told him.

” Why did you change it? Children of your age should be watching cartoon. ” He said after calming his anger down.

Feng didn answer him. His attention was solely on the TV.

” He cannot talk. Don worry, it will end in ten minutes, and he will leave. ” Yinin said . Even though she sounded like someone who wasn bothered, she looked at Feng with hostility.

True to her words, after ten minutes, Feng got up and left. The second girl got up , and changed the channel back. She happily went back to sit beside Han, and continued watching their cartoon.

After an hour, they were called into the dining room for lunch. As everyone made themselves comfortable, Han couldn help but ask,

” Is he not joining us? ”

Ling Long looked up and smiled.

” He is asleep. He would eat his lunch later. Don worry about him . Its his drug in action. ”

Han nodded his head , and smiled a little before eating.

They talked about miscellaneous things.

While Feng, who was assumed to be sleeping, was frantically typing on a keyboard. The room was dark, and silent. The laptop screen was the only source of light in the darkness, and the tapping of keys was the only sound .
