”Charles!!! ” Hana shouted.

”Hana! What are you doing here? I told you to go home but why are you yelling ” Fon asked.

”You drugged him, didn you? ”Tristan said.

”What? Wait, what are you talking about? ” Fon asked confused.

Just then, Charles stepped beside Fon.

”What is going on? ” he said.

Hana held his hand and pulled him away from Fon.

She shouted ”I know what youve been doing to Charles! Isn Charles your son? ”

Fon rubbed his head in confusion.

”I don know what you are talking about! ” he replied.

Hana and Tristan pulled Charles and started walking away. Charles stopped walking and asked, ”What is wrong? Can you explain it to me? ”

Hana turned to Charles and said, ”Hes been drugging you! You know that he started cooking for you out of nowhere, right? The drugs in your food are causing you hallucinations, headaches, and your eyes! Look at your eyes! ”

Fon laughed and stepped closer.

”Look, I don know what you
e talking about but I started cooking for my son just today. I never put drugs in his or also your food. Stop accusing me! ” he said.

”Yes and Ive been having my headache days ago. Dad has nothing to do with my headache and I think I know where it came from. ” Charles uttered.

Both Tristan and Hana looked at each other with regrets on their face.

”Im sorry, Uncle Fon, ” Tristan said while Fon is giving them water.

”Im so sorry, Uncle Fon. We
e just worried. ”Hana said.

”Its okay, I understand. To be honest, Im grateful that my son has friends like you who are willing to protect him. ” Fon smiled.

Charles sat closer to Hana and Tristan, he was ready to tell them about what was bugging his mind.

”The other day, I went to the bathroom to cry because Im exhausted but I felt and I heard voices, people talking and shouting. Its like Im standing in another world. Then the day we went to the park, I heard them again. At first, I was thinking, maybe it was the people in the park, but it was different, from what I have observed. Those people at the park are not shouting the way I hear it. Then, I saw something from literally my eyes. A beautiful place with lots of water, many people are dressed in unique clothing. I- I can explain it. ” Charles stated.

”Its okay, Charles. I believe you. ” Fon said.

”No, you don . All of you don , ” Charles replied crying.

”Charles… ” Hana whispered.

”I know that you think Im crazy or Im just stressed but I can get it off my mind, ” Charles said.

”Im so sorry… ” Charles added.

Fon came closer to his son and hugged him.

”Why are you apologizing? ” Fon said.

Hana and Tristan cried as they saw Charles crying. They thought about how much struggle Charles had to go through with everything.

Suddenly, a sweet voice from the staircase spoke.

”Charlie? Are you crying? ” It was Charlotte.

”No, I am not. I caught a cold. ” Charles denied Charlottes question.

Charlotte came forward and hugged Fon and Charles.

”I love you both, my children, ” Fon whispered.

”Love you Dad ”

”I love you, Daddy, ” Charles and Charlotte said.

Hana and Tristan cried much more earlier.

”Why are you two crying? ” Charles asked.

”Im emotional about your bond. ” Tristan sobbed.

”What? ” Charles chuckled.

”Next time, bring us to your magical world. ” Hana jokingly said.

All of them laughed, and Charless pain in the chest felt lighter. He feels at ease every moment he spends a day with his family and friends.
